Ramin Rafiei has opened a series of fast casual, quick serve restaurants and decided he wanted to take a leap into a larger full-service Persian & Mediterranean restaurant.
We found him a larger site in the Klahanie Shopping Center in the city of Sammamish and negotiated a deal for a 4500 square foot used restaurant that had been closed for a number of years.
We worked with an architect, kitchen designer and general contractor to design and build out the restaurant.
He had the menu idea and we helped with our chef flesh it out further, establish systems & controls in the kitchen, hire & train the kitchen staff and stood by his side through the opening.
We recruited the management team and worked closely with them on hiring & training the service staff and installing systems & protocols.
We are now following up with him on ensuring the business is maximizing its sales & profitability and all systems & protocols are working satisfactorily.
We work closely with bookkeeper to ensure all data is in the system.
