You may already have an idea of what you’d like to do, but we can help you make your concept unique, giving it the edge to compete in this marketplace. Once a concept is established and refined, design development can begin. Factors such as location, scale, floor plan, elevations, colors and materials (decor), furniture, and kitchen layout are evaluated, and a budget plan is developed. Once the basic plans and budget are approved, contract drawings and specifications for the construction permit are created.
We can then guide you through the building permit application process, and help you conduct bidding and contract negotiations to ensure a project that conforms to the plan. While that is happening, we can help you with management training and structure, accounting/POS systems, marketing and more.
