Farm 12 is a retired tulip and daffodil farm in the Puyallup Valley which has been converted into a 100 seat restaurant and a 400 seat banquet center.

We took an existing Australian based concept, Jesters, which is small hand pie concept and then found a high profile location in Bellevue Square. The design and build out are stunning. Working hand in hand with ownership we developed the fillings to meet American taste profiles. Some of the pies offered are a deluxe double cheeseburger, tenderloin steak & mushroom, rosemary chicken, minced beef & mashed potato, just to name a few. Jester pies uses high quality, local and natural ingredients. All menu items are free of artificial flavoring and hand-made fresh to serve to customers. We searched for the “best” staff, trained them thoroughly and developed a full set of operations manuals. The store is to open the end of February. The first of many!

As an owner who has another business interest we developed & implemented the menu, worked on the design & construction, hired & trained the staff, developed & implemented the marketing, set up the bookkeeping systems and followed up on the day to day operations.

Agave’s Cocina & Cantina Kent

Julian Ramos, founder of the popular Agave Cocina & Cantina restaurant in Redmond has opened a location at Kent Station, (Kent, WA). The site is a rustic, brick walled space with high, open ceilings defined by massive steel beams.

There is a Tequila bar featuring 100 Tequilas, open kitchen, two fire places and two patios (one year-around). Beautiful Mexican art and handy-crafts acquired by Ramos from San Cayetano, near Guadalajara (Jalisco) Mexico, where he was born and raised enhances the already attractive space.

Restaurant Group assisted him in the real estate acquisition, design direction, menu, hiring & training, and marketing.
