Plan of Action (In writing with projections)

We will develop a “detailed” Plan of Action that will involve both our & your key people. We will discuss goals & objectives, the pathway to results with timelines & budgets. This is a detailed and structured process.

Step 3

Implement

the Plan of Action with the leadership team, measure the results and coach the team to success.

Step 4

Meet Weekly

To discuss results, course corrections, applaud the good things and fix the things not going so well.
