We had repositioned a Mexican restaurant in the Issaquah Highlands in 2009 and with the success that had occurred decided upon repositioning the owner’s existing Las Margarita’s in Redmond at Bear Creek Shopping Center.
We negotiated the deal with the landlord and assisted on the design, menu, staff training and marketing. Opened in mid-April 2011.
